BATMAN

Starting the working day with this Batman.
I used inkwash and used some wide copic markers to increase the depth.
I did the white effects with white ink and a correction pen.
Worked on 11"x14" (28 x 35 cm) smooth bristol.

This will be my first fully traditional cover (well sort of) published at DC. Mixed media. Markers, inks, pencils and whiteout. I added the watercolor texture in the background in the last minute on Deathstroke's area to seperate the foreground a little bit. It was pretty fun to work on this cover.
The book will be collecting FACES OF EVIL: DEATHSTROKE #1 and Ravager co-feature from TEEN TITANS #71-76 and 79-82 and will be on sale in November.
